1. Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used or opened products.
Returns are accepted only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product missing
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo proof.
2. Refund Policy
Refund will be processed if:
- Return is approved
- Product remains unused and sealed
Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used soaps
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items bought during SALE
